About Sandra
I am a lawyer by training and a former entrepreneur in the software industry. I was married and lived a life where I often ignored things I didn't feel good about. This culminated in a burnout 10 years ago, followed by a beautiful but demanding clean-up job and a long-awaited divorce. I am also the proud mother of two grown teenagers.
All the personal learning, professional experience and education I have gained over the years has resulted in the method I use today to help others who feel that something is no longer right in their lives. Many have difficulty defining it, or need help implementing the changes in a nourishing, effective and sustainable way - this is what I help you with.

Therapeutic coaching
You can choose which areas you want to focus on, including:
- Overview of your internal dialogue and self-care practices.
- Improve your communication skills in work, family and love life, including boundary setting and sexuality.
- Clarify your personal values and identify areas that are not aligned with the life you want to create.
- Assess how you spend your time and energy, and what changes are needed to feel more presence, calm and vitality.
- Reflect on the people you surround yourself with and the quality of your conversations – which relationships energize you and which ones drain you.
- Together we plan your daily life so that it supports the person you want to be.
- Join my yoga and breathing class (twice a week) as well as a meditation group that tries a new meditation every 40 days.
Yoga & breathing classes
Sandra is a certified Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork teacher and a trained fitness instructor. She has also successfully overcome the challenges of changing unhealthy lifestyle choices and regaining balance after burnout. The connection to body and mind through yoga and meditation has been crucial in her finding her way back to a more authentic and balanced lifestyle.
