Terms of Business at Valida Health

When you book an appointment with Valida Health, you also accept our terms and conditions. These have been prepared to ensure a good experience for all our clients – with respect for both your time and ours.

Booking and payment

  • Your booking is binding once it is confirmed via email.
  • Payment is made in connection with the consultation, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payment by MobilePay, card and bank transfer.

Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change. In order to offer available times to others, we ask that you respect our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before your appointment: Free cancellation.
  • Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.
  • Cancellation later than 24 hours before or in case of no-show: Full price will be charged.

Cancellations can be made by phone or by canceling yourself through client login here . We recommend that you cancel as early as possible so that we can offer the time to someone else.

Confidentiality and data security

Changes and responsibilities

Valida Health reserves the right to change or cancel appointments in special cases, such as illness or unforeseen events. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible with an offer for a new appointment.
