Prices for selected vaccines
Some of our vaccines have a fixed, published price:
- Flu vaccine: DKK 299. The vaccine is offered seasonally from October to the end of the year.
- Covid-19 booster vaccine: DKK 899. The vaccine is offered seasonally, typically in the autumn.
For our other vaccines, including shingles, tetanus, TBE, and vaccines that need to be specially ordered for you (such as HPV vaccine or pneumococcal vaccine), the price varies by vaccine type. Vaccines without waiting time versus order-specific vaccines
At Valida Health, we have a selection of vaccines available without waiting time, including shingles, tetanus, and TBE vaccines. If you need another vaccine that is not part of our standard selection, it can be ordered with a typical delivery time of 1-2 days. This flexibility means we can offer a wide range of vaccines, even if not all are in stock at all times – but it also means that the price of an order-specific vaccine can only be precisely quoted once the vaccine has been identified and ordered.
Additional costs you should be aware of
In addition to the vaccine price itself, there are a couple of things that can affect the total cost of your vaccination:
- Home visit: If you wish to be vaccinated in your own home or at your workplace, a travel fee of DKK 1,500 will be added, excluding the price of the vaccine itself.
- Multiple vaccines at the same time: If you need several vaccines during the same visit, this can often be arranged for a combined price – contact us for more information.
Can you get a subsidy for your vaccination?
If you are a member of Sygeforsikringen "danmark" in group 1, 2, or 5, you can receive a subsidy of between 50 and 75% for your vaccinations. The subsidy applies to most vaccines, but it is always recommended to check the current subsidy rules with Sygeforsikringen "danmark" before booking an appointment, so you know exactly what you can expect to be covered. If you are not a member of "danmark", it may still be a good idea to check if your employer or another health insurance covers all or part of the cost of vaccination.

Order-specific vaccines, on the other hand, are purchased individually from our suppliers, often in smaller quantities and with shorter notice, meaning that the price can only be definitively set once the vaccine has been ordered specifically for you. This is the same principle that applies to pharmacies and other healthcare providers when it comes to more specialized medicines.

Compared to the costs of becoming ill – both in terms of sick leave, potential hospitalization, and general loss of quality of life – most vaccines are a relatively inexpensive insurance against serious illness.
