What does a comprehensive health check-up include?
We take a broad blood test panel, which provides data on, among other things:
Blood cells & immune system
This analysis investigates:
- Hemoglobin and blood cells
- Signs of infection or impaired immune system
- Indications of anemia
Why investigate it?
Blood cells and the immune system provide insight into the body's general condition and can help identify anemia, infection, or other changes that may affect your energy levels and well-being.
Inflammation & oxygen saturation
This test investigates:
- Inflammation markers
- The body's inflammatory response
- Blood oxygen saturation
Why investigate this?
Inflammation and oxygen saturation can provide insight into the body's current condition and how effectively oxygen is transported throughout the body. This can be relevant for unexplained fatigue or reduced energy, among other things.
Cholesterol & blood sugar
Here we examine:
- Total cholesterol
- HDL and LDL
- Triglycerides
- Long-term blood sugar (HbA1c)
- Blood sugar
Why examine it?
Cholesterol and blood sugar are central markers for, among other things, cardiovascular health and the body's energy metabolism. The measurements can provide a picture of your current metabolic health and identify areas that may be worth paying attention to.
Kidney & liver function
This examines:
- Kidney function
- Liver function
- Organ markers
- The body's excretion and metabolism
Why examine this?
The kidneys and liver play a central role in the body's processing and excretion of various substances. These markers can provide insight into organ function and help detect signs of strain.
Vitamins, Fluid Balance & Metabolism
We examine:
- Vitamins and minerals
- Electrolytes
- Fluid balance
- Metabolic markers
Why examine it?
Vitamins, minerals, fluid balance, and metabolism are important for energy, concentration, muscle function, and the body's general balance. The measurements can help identify imbalances that may affect your well-being.
Hormones & Blood Pressure
This includes an examination of:
- Hormone balance
- Relevant sex hormones
- Blood pressure
- Circulation
Why examine this?
Hormones and blood pressure can provide valuable information about the body's hormonal balance and circulation. Changes can, for example, be relevant to investigate in cases of symptoms such as fatigue, altered energy levels, weight changes, or a general decrease in well-being.
