    The package is tailored with our healthcare professionals at the booked time – in the clinic or by phone

  • Blood sampling

    The blood sample will be taken in Hellerup after a physical consultation or subsequently at a hospital near you following a telephone consultation

  • Response review

    Our healthcare professionals will thoroughly review the results by phone 2-3 business days after the blood test

You will receive your results on sundhed.dk just 1-2 days after the blood test is taken.

If your results give rise to concern or a need for further assessment, we will advise you on relevant next steps. At Valida Health, we focus heavily on lifestyle, diet, and exercise. If necessary, we can also initiate relevant treatment. This is always based on a medical assessment.
