What is a free health consultation?
A health consultation is an initial consultation where we help you understand your symptoms and clarify whether further examinations may be needed.
The consultation is relevant if you, for example:
- Experience persistent fatigue
- Have low energy in your daily life
- Suspect hormonal imbalance
- Find it difficult to lose weight
- Want a thorough health check-up
- Are curious whether blood tests can give you answers
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive professional guidance on which examinations make sense based on your specific situation.

What are we talking about?
The free health consultation is based on your individual needs.
Among other things, we will go through:
- Your symptoms
- Your general health
- Lifestyle, diet, and exercise
- Sleep and energy levels
- Past illnesses
- Any blood tests or examinations
- Hormonal issues
- Your wishes and goals
This provides a good basis for advising you on the next steps.

Frequently asked questions:
Is the health consultation really free?
Yes. The conversation is free and completely non-binding.
Should I have blood tests done first?
No. The conversation can help clarify whether blood tests or other examinations are relevant.
How long does the conversation last?
It typically lasts 15–30 minutes.
What types of treatment do you offer?
How do I book an appointment for a local blood test?
To have a blood test taken near you, you must first book an online/telephonic blood test.
At the booked time, you will have a brief initial consultation with one of our healthcare professionals. Here you will agree on which hospital you wish to have the blood test taken at. We will then requisition the blood test and ensure that it is ready in the system.
Once the blood test has been requisitioned, you must book an appointment for the blood test at the desired hospital yourself. You can then show up and have your blood test taken.
When do I get the results of my blood tests?
You can view your blood test results on sundhed.dk just 1-2 working days after the sample is taken. Subsequently, our nurse will review your results and contact you by phone within 2-3 working days for a thorough review of the results. The conversation also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and receive advice regarding your results.
Can other blood test markers be added?
Yes. You can always add more blood test markers if you wish. When you book your appointment, you will have the option to choose a range of relevant markers as add-ons.
If you require analyses not included among these, we recommend a customized blood test package. This process begins with a free initial consultation, where we review your needs together and find the solution that best suits you. You can book an appointment that suits you here.
